Unlike the real funny bone (which isn't funny at all and really hurts when you accidentally bang your elbow on something hard), this funny bone is actually quite funny. To activate it, you just clap your hands and he tells a joke, clap again and he goes on and on. All of the jokes are bone related, of course. My son loves it & he's gotten some of his jokes from him. Sorry, Humerus. lol. We love it though. The only thing I wish it had was a off button. If a door closes too hard, it activates. But other than that, it's great. My son and his little cousins get a kick out of it.
You can pull out the background, that way Humerus always has his spotlight whenever he tells a joke. 
My son seriously loves this thing, he thinks it's hilarious. It would be a great gift for younger kids or for an orthopedist to have in his office!
