I was able to read Fit Moms for Life: How to Have Endless Energy to Outplay your Kids recently. I've actually been going back & re-reading some parts because WOW. Talk about motivational. I really loved the flow of his book in how he explains what he calls the 5 pillars of what can help women to lose weight: Mindset, Nutrition, Strength Training, Burst Training and Environment. I loved the personal stories of real moms (with before & after photos of them) in between the chapters which helped me realize that if they can do it, so can I.
Dustin is only 28 years old & is always questioned as to why Moms are his main focus. He has been inspired to help moms because of his continued close relationship with his own mom. It shows how he genuinely wants to help women get with a program that will actually work with them for the long run. I honestly couldn't put the book down & I'm actually ready to start one of Dustin's challenges on the 1st of February! I'm motivated to make a change & Dustin has helped me get to the point where I'm not just saying I want to get more fit & healthy but I actually want to work to get fit & healthy.
